Chargebacks are not permitted. Any chargeback will be treated as a delinquent account and may incur collections and legal fees.
2. Access
Customer receives 1 year of access to the Course materials starting from the date of purchase.
Access is hosted through a third-party platform (e.g., Kajabi). Company is not responsible for outages or access limitations caused by the platform.
3. All Sales Final
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final and non-refundable.
No cancellations, refunds, or credits will be issued for any reason.
4. No Guarantees
The Course is for educational purposes only. Company does not guarantee results, outcomes, or increased income from implementing the material.

5. Intellectual Property
All Course content is owned by Company.
