Master Guide to Formulation — Terms & Conditions

By purchasing the Master Guide to Formulation (“Course”) from HairBoss University (“Company”), you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms:

1. Payment

The Course Fee is $297.

All payments are processed at checkout according to the payment option selected.

Customer authorizes Company to charge the card used at checkout for all scheduled payments.

Chargebacks are not permitted. Any chargeback will be treated as a delinquent account and may incur collections and legal fees.

2. Access

Customer receives 1 year of access to the Course materials starting from the date of purchase.

Access is hosted through a third-party platform (e.g., Kajabi). Company is not responsible for outages or access limitations caused by the platform.

3. All Sales Final

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final and non-refundable.

No cancellations, refunds, or credits will be issued for any reason.

4. No Guarantees

The Course is for educational purposes only. Company does not guarantee results, outcomes, or increased income from implementing the material.

Customer is solely responsible for applying the information provided.

5. Intellectual Property

All Course content is owned by Company.

Customer receives a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

Customer may not copy, share, distribute, or teach Course content as their own.

6. Conduct

Harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behavior toward Company or other students will result in removal from the Course without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Customer agrees Company is not liable for decisions, results, or outcomes related to the Course.

Maximum damages shall not exceed the purchase price of the Course.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
